00:00:02,538 --> 00:00:04,279
- Patrick.

2
00:00:04,279 --> 00:00:07,002
Listen hun, I found the house.

3
00:00:07,002 --> 00:00:12,387
Yes, our house, the one we've been looking for for two years.

4
00:00:12,387 --> 00:00:14,242
It's amazing.

5
00:00:14,242 --> 00:00:18,665
It belongs to a builder, so he built it for himself.

6
00:00:18,665 --> 00:00:20,497
No,   only nine years old.

7
00:00:20,497 --> 00:00:21,919
Honey,   it's perfect.

8
00:00:21,919 --> 00:00:24,361
It even has a rosemary hedge.

9
00:00:24,361 --> 00:00:29,215
It reminds me of my grandmother. It's just a joy.

10
00:00:29,215 --> 00:00:33,284
Okay, we'll go, I'll talk you through it.
Alright,   listen now.

11
00:00:33,284 --> 00:00:38,573
It has this amazing timber staircase,
and it's just beautiful, it's sort of curls up.

12
00:00:38,573 --> 00:00:41,750
It's a little bit sexy up to the main living area.

13
00:00:41,750 --> 00:00:44,843
It just takes my breath away.

14
00:00:44,843 --> 00:00:48,186
Downstairs in the entertainment area, it's just amazing.

15
00:00:48,186 --> 00:00:51,290
The bi-fold doors open right up

16
00:00:51,290 --> 00:00:57,689
and it creates this indoor-outdoor area with a wet bar,
and guess what?

17
00:00:57,689 --> 00:00:59,599
You can finally buy that pool table,

18
00:00:59,599 --> 00:01:01,803
because there's so much room, it's amazing.

19
00:01:01,803 --> 00:01:04,413
And on the other side there's a room downstairs

20
00:01:04,413 --> 00:01:06,988
with a on suite, which is perfect for your mum.

21
00:01:06,988 --> 00:01:14,687
One more thing, it has room for the two cars
and a third garage where you can put the bike.

22
00:01:14,687 --> 00:01:17,492
Yep, no more leaving the bike outside.

23
00:01:17,492 --> 00:01:21,388
And I know I'm sort of enticing you
and I'm bribing you a little bit,

24
00:01:21,388 --> 00:01:25,163
but there's a man cave down in the cellar.

25
00:01:25,163 --> 00:01:27,462
Honey, you need to come now.

26
00:01:27,462 --> 00:01:29,379
I 'm sold on the place!

27
00:01:29,379 --> 00:01:32,319
Has an amazing kitchen, great big deck.

28
00:01:32,319 --> 00:01:35,140
I'm scared we're going to lose it.

29
00:01:35,140 --> 00:01:37,614
You need to come   now.

30
00:01:37,614 --> 00:01:39,950
I'm going to go and talk to the agent.

31
00:01:39,950 --> 00:01:43,445
Yeah, you know the agent, it's Madeleine Hicks.

32
00:01:43,445 --> 00:01:45,580
Yeah, she's a really nice person.

33
00:01:45,580 --> 00:01:47,377
Yeah,   I'll go ask Madeleine.

34
00:01:47,377 --> 00:01:50,867
Come now.  <br>
